The main objective of the project is to create a digital workbook for nursing education programs based on the competency requirements of the EU directive.

The portfolio will have an immediate impact on ensuring more consistent nursing skills among graduating nursing students, as their competencies will be standardized and their progress can be tracked throughout their studies.

The digital portfolio enables automated quality control, ensuring that students do not enter the workforce with inadequate skills, which promotes patient safety and improves nursing productivity.

The digital portfolio will be launched in Finland, Sweden, and Denmark.
