Marking a Portfolio as Complete

Once a student has finished their portfolio, the teacher marks the portfolio as complete. You can mark a student’s portfolio as complete only after the student has first marked it as Completed.

A student can mark a portfolio as completed when all required activities included in the portfolio have been completed and signed off.

To mark a portfolio as complete open the portfolio and click Mark as Complete.

Marking a portfolio as complete locks the portfolio and changes its status to Complete. After this, no further changes can be made to the portfolio, and no additional comments can be added.

If a student accidentally marks a portfolio as completed too early, you can return it to an incomplete state by clicking Return to Incomplete.

This unlocks the portfolio, allowing the student to continue making changes, add missing entries, and obtain any required sign-offs before submitting it again for final approval.
